CHANGE OF TIME -- III Year Lettorato Inglese -- FULL EXAM JUNE 2016 -- Oral Exams on Monday, June 27
Dear Students,
Unfortunately, because of family reasons (I have to take my
son to the hospital tomorrow morning), I need to change the appointment time
for oral exams tomorrow. Instead of at 10:00am, oral exams will begin at 2:30pm.
If any of you cannot come at the later time, please email me
to set up an appointment on another day. Tuesday, June 28, at 4:00pm could be a
potential alternative time. However, I will have confirmation from my son's baby-sitter
only tomorrow.
I apologize for any inconvenience that the change in times
my cause you.

be posted on this blog in the next few days. Oral exams will be next week,
probably on Friday, July 1.
Afterwards, I will offer one or two possibilities to make up the oral exam in
the following week – the one from July 4-8.

* If your last name is NOT between Labidi and Messore, then one of the my colleagues (a different lettore d'inglese del primo anno) is in charge of correcting your written exam and doing the oral exam with you.

My next office hours will be on Friday, June 24, from 12:00am to 2:30pm.
During these office hours students who missed a recent oral exam appointment may do the oral exam (ONLY STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY NOTIFIED BY ME THAT THEY PASSED THE WRITTEN EXAM AND/OR STUDENTS WHO HAD AN APPOINTMENT GIVEN BY ME. This means mostly my "frequentanti" students but also includes any students from the January or April FULL EXAM sessions who missed their previous oral exam appointment).
FOR STUDENTS WHO TOOK THE FULL EXAM IN JUNE 2016: YOUR ORAL EXAMS WILL NEXT WEEK.
If you plan to come make up an oral exam during this ricevimento please email me ahead of time to confirm your presence on the 24th.
