For those who did not pass the written exam, you may come to see your exam paper during my office hours, on Friday May 25, 14.30-15.30, OR one day
next week. I will post the day and time for next week in the coming days, so please check this blog again.

It is important to see your exam paper because it allows us to talk about the areas in which you need to improve before taking the exam in September or afterwards. 

In the coming days I will post an update about this (indicating the specific day and time for next week).

Until you have learned these rules you will not be able to face/tackle/handle a translation of average difficulty.
I assure you that you are unlikely to/ it is unlikely that you will pass the annual exam if you have not studied/ you do not study these exercises thoroughly/carefully.

Many young people admit they are not/would not be willing/ready to work as hard as (the) immigrants and that they don’t want their jobs/their work to take them far away from home/from their homes/ What can be done to find a proper/an appropriate/ the right balance? This has been a major problem in recent years, but the authorities claim/say they are unable to resolve it.
